spacious suite clean suite helpful service old exterior pool refurbishment shabby bar
I found the suite spacious and clean. The infinity pool was good for unwinding. The staff provided friendly and helpful service.
I noticed the exterior looked like an old office building. The greenery was not cared for. I thought the bar area looked like a bar from a two star hotel.

unripe fruit cheap bar
i really expected more for the price. christmas decorations remained up in april, that was just weird. the pool needed work, the plants looked sad. breakfast seemed average, with fruit often unripe and not many vegetarian choices. the bar felt cheap, more like a two-star place, i thought. also there was light out on the sign on the top of the building.

breakfast variety friendly staff unusual lobby office building
the breakfast had a great variety of choices (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the hotel staff was very approachable and friendly, a real plus.
The hotel lobby is not on the ground floor. It is actually on the 7th floor. the exterior of the hotel looked like an old office building.

Acceptable Stay, Some Disappointments
dated exterior unlit sign
The room was large and quite comfortable for the duration of my stay.
The hotel exterior seemed very dated, looking more like an old office building. The sign at the entrance needed repair as parts of the letters were unlit. This didn't give a very good first impression upon arrival.

Really good Service and Convenient Location
attentive staff birthday decoration vegetarian meals
the staff demonstrated really good attentiveness they even decorated the room beautifully for a birthday celebration this added a personal touch. the hotel prepared special vegetarian meals to accommodate dietary preferences this ensured everyone had delicious options. i found the hotel's accessibility to the bts station very convenient for city exploration
i noticed the breakfast options lacked variety it didn't quite match the overall high standard set by other aspects of the hotel more diverse choices would be appreciated
